The seam Tracking Controller of the Cyclomatic series uses a microprocessor touch pad to hold the torch in the weld joint position. The system moves the joint position, vertical and horizontal movement of the torch in real time.

  • The controller shows the exact location of the weld joint with a combination of rigid slide design options and the latest performance Atmel® processor.
  • Compatible with all welding systems, it is easy and quick to install manifolds, site beams, tractors, positioners, turning rolls, and weld shelves without expensive brackets or interfaces.
  • Cyclomatic seam (seam) tracer is especially useful for high-capacity, accurate and delicate industries such as manufacturing, beam, construction assembly and pipe and tube manufacturing of tanks and pressure containers.
